I often get emails from users who have bought a new computer or phone and ask how to move the app they purchased to their new device. Sometimes they ask for the keycode. First off, neither the Apple App Store, Google Play nor the Microsoft Store use keycodes. They use the account you have set up for that store. Each has a listing of apps you’ve purchased from the store. Clicking on that list should allow you to install it on your new device. Unless you’ve created a new account for your new device. If so you want to log in under your old account.
On iPhone or iPad select AppStore then, Account and Purchased for a list of apps you own to install one on your new device.
On Google Play, once logged in select My apps from the menu on the left and select the JyotishTools app you want to install on your new device. Clicking on Install will give you a list of your devices you can install to.
On the Microsoft Store once you’ve logged in on the left side there should be an icon saying Library. Click on it and you will see a listing of apps you have purchased and installed. There you can select JyotishTools Pro (the only JyotishTools app currently available from the Microsoft Store), click on it and select Install.
These stores will have different policies on how many devices you can install too. Also if you have any devices that are too old they may be grayed out in the devices listing.
Sometimes users are confused because they email about Pro but what they are talking about is JyotishTools for Windows, the app from 2003 that up until last year was still available from the site. That is the app that requires the keycode that you should have saved or printed the registration email.
